We have used an infant optics for the last 15 months since my baby was born and loved. Now I’m 18 weeks pregnant and we needed a second camera but we couldn’t add to the monitor we had. I had this in my cart for awhile and ended up getting it on the prime day deals. Let me tell you. The picture is so clear. I put it on the wall right where my infant optics was and it gets the entire crib which my infant optics did not. We had to pan back and fourth depending on how much he moved. The split screen is awesome and I can’t wait to use it with the new baby. It has the time which our old one did not and that’s very important to me. It has the temp which we love. But the quality in the picture is incredible. It has a setting that puts the sound of mute until it detects a loud noise and then kicks on the sound which you can adjust the sensitive on it. All around great monitor and we love it!

Cannot stress enough how great their customer service team is! We’ve gone through 4 video monitors in our 5 1/2 years of parenthood. Purchased this unit (along with a warranty), and after 2 days the parent unit no longer charged which rendered it useless. To top it off, one of the charge cords “broke” as though it had been cut (suspiciously right next to warning sticker). My wife and I immediately thought, “here we go again with another junk monitor.” Reached out to the customer service team, explained the problem, and they replaced the parent unit and cord no questions asked or warranty needed! Hoping we don’t run into any more issues, but I have full confidence in this company’s service team to be there if we do.

Favorite monitor ever

Hoping this one last us a while. Went through THREE vetch monitor/camera sets in 2 years! The batteries were garbage and then the monitor would just never turn back on one day.

The quality of the picture is the BEST I’ve seen. We’ve tried quite a few monitors before sticking with this one. You can move the cameras around while in the split screen which isn’t a feature for them all, and it will loop audio between the two screens on split mode. Which was a google search to figure that out since it’s not advertised as a feature but it definitely does it. Almost a deal breaker for us if it didn’t.

Anyway definitely get this monitor! There isn’t a better one around for the price. It lacks nothing that I can tell and the battery life is also great!

Ridiculously easy set up! Love so far

We received this dual monitor yesterday and immediately set up as our old one went out and haven’t been able to keep an eye on our 3 and 1 year old. The cameras came already paired with the parent unit so literally all we had to do is turn them on. Adjusting the cameras is so smooth and they move seamlessly with your controls from the parent unit which is SO different than our old monitor. I truly didn’t realize how crappy our old monitor was until this came. The parent unit stayed charged all night. The only thing I’m just barely slightly bummed about is even the lowest VOX setting still registers our daughters sound machine. It’s about 4 feet away from the camera but will still pick it up. Ultimately I turned down the sound machine volume until we can maybe rearrange the camera further away. But super minor and easily fixed

So I have twins and it took me a while to find a good baby monitor because I needed a double baby monitor, obviously two babies lol. I did my research and I came across the babysense double baby monitor. We went ahead and ordered it and by far in my opinion one of the best baby monitor companies out there.

A few weeks ago the antenna to my monitor broke as I was lifting it up. So I reached out to the company by email to see what kind of coverage we had or if I was going to have to purchase a new monitor. And they stated that they would reach out within 24 to 48 hours. It didn’t even take 24 hours for someone to reach out to me. They asked me what type of product I had and a few other questions. And they told me that it wasn’t a product malfunction basically so it wasn’t covered under the protection plan but they were still going to send me a new monitor at zero cost, for free!! I couldn’t believe that I was gonna get a new monitor for free because the monitor itself is $100! I was so excited and grateful that they actually sent me one for free and they let me keep the other monitor that still works. It’s kind of blurry because the antenna like I said snapped off, but I am so grateful again that they sent me a new monitor for free. I didn’t have to pay anything I didn’t even have to pay shipping. The person I spoke to was so nice and helped me with everything I needed. So I just have to say I’m so happy with this product. I will be purchasing from them from now on. I’m just very grateful!! I’ve used multiple monitors over the past few years. This is by far my favorite. I’ve never spent this much on a camera, but by the multiple cheaper ones I’ve had & died, I could of just bought this one for cheaper than all of them combined. Range is good. Easy to use. Love the different settings. I have one camera set each in each kids room. Split screen is fabulous with multiple kids. Battery life is INSANE. It will go from 8 am-9pm without being plugged in. I don’t think the temperate reading part works right.. it constantly says the rooms are 63 degrees when they are actually around 68. It also doesn’t keep track of time correctly. It runs a alittle fast. Will recommend this to everyone I know.

The monitor itself is of excellent quality – great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery.
HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don’t sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.

So I bought this product as I needed 2 cameras on April of last year, the reviews were good so I got it. the guarantee is only good for 90 days. By the End of August the camera stopped working suddenly; I thought it run of battery, but the monitor broke !! I contacted amazon and they told me that the manufacturer needed to replied to me, it took me days to contact them. Finally they replied to me by email saying that the they were over 90 days and they were not going to refund me or send me another one. I contacted amazon again to ask them for help as I bought the monitor thru them; they told me that they can’t help me as this is a third party vendor -something didnt know when i got it. I asked to talked to the manager as this monitor cost me about $400 dollars. Anyways, no one really took responsability for it. I wont recommend this product at all, it is a shame as the image is great and the night vision but the quality of life of the product is terrible. the customers service as well.
I t was a waste of time dealing with this issue. save some money and time.
Eventually, I noticed that this monitor has bad reviews related to the same issue in another websites.
