Take a bath
Put 10-12 drops of essential oil into> the bathtub and soak in the bath to relax, relieve and smooth the skin.

Aromatherapy

Massage
Add 3 drops of essential oil to 10ml of base oil to moisturize and soften the skin, soothe and relax.

Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to a single-use shampoo or conditioner and massage to nourish and condition your hair.
