-Quickly measures heart rate/pulse, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, see a graph of it over time, and see it on the phone app and on the watch.
-Tells you how many hours you slept. Not very accurate.
-Weather app viewable on the watch, has its own screen/card/page (if you set it up)
-Survived handwashing (never took it in the shower)
-Cheap (was only 12.99 before taxes, 14.22 after taxes on Cyber Monday)
-Can locate your phone (make it ring/vibrate)
Dislike:
-Takes your temp but doesn’t save it or graph it. It’s not automatic like the other vitals that will start taking it when you swipe to that card/page/screen. You have to hit the checkmark for the watch to start taking your temp. Temp isn’t always accurate but that’s the case for all these watches (you just have to calibrate them by adding/subtracting what you get).
-No cloud save
-Only has cards for weather and fitness. To access other apps like alarm and calculator, you have to go to settings. You cannot set up their own screens/page/card so you can just swipe to them. No, you have to open up settings on the watch itself and click on that particular app (a few extra clicks).
-The flashlight option on the watch is useless. It just lights up the screen AND to access it, you have to go to settings. There’s no shortcut.
-Comes with a charging case. A charging CASE, not a magnetic charging cord, but a case you have to physically put the watch in and snap on the back of the watch to charge it.
-Tribe says they are an American company but the watch clearly has a very Made in China feel about it. Even the app is a reskinned version of the generic fitness app all the other watches use. (Not a bad thing.)
-The screen isn’t responsive as your phone (or any other watch) so you have to really swipe hard to go from page to page. Not bad. Takes getting used to.
-Disconnects from your phone often. Have to open the phone app and reconnect.
Notes:
-Uses the runmefit app. Download it on your phone and see what kind things you can do with it
-I bought this one and another one that was $10 more. I like the one that was $10 more more, but then I also bought 3 other ones to test them out that were priced 0, 5, and 10 more and honestly, out of the five, this one is the 2nd best one (for the price).
-Gave it away to a buddy of mine but now I regret doing that because it’s actually better than I thought it was after trying out other watches. It’s cheap and it works for the most part.
