Decent carplay monitor with good touch screen response, crisp display and fast bluetooth connectivity, but the suction holder/mount are very weak and does not hold up against sun/heat. They just gives up and I was lucky that the whole display fell off from my odyssey but didn’t crack the screen. Wish the vendor provides some 3m double sided sticky tape and press mounted suction cup for the price they charge. If the mount is of good quality with better suction mechanism, I would give 5 stars for this unit. I decided not to return the unit, but look for better mount.
After i wrote the above review, I continue to fiddle with the suction cup holder and realized that the lock mechanism was not enabled. Once I enabled, the attachment is very strong and holds quite well against the weather. So, I am changing the star rating from 3 to 5. Excellent product. I definitely recommend. Expecting that Lamtto upgrade firmware in the future to enable more carplay related functions.

Started out great for the first few months but then it started taking longer and longer to connect. Sometimes it would auto connect and sometimes I would have to tap the air play button to remind it to connect. Eventually, after just 5 months, it stopped connecting altogether. My phone indicated it was connected but the device didn’t connect and kept displaying a loading icon. Multiple restarts and re-connecting via both device and my phone did not solve the problem. I use a Samsung Note 10+ and it hooked up first try, and works exactly as expected. The front camera is very clear and has really nice quality at night while driving as well. I have not installed the backup camera, but I did hook it up to test and it worked great. I haven’t had a chance to hook up an Apple device yet, but everyone says Apple CarPlay is LEAPS better than Android Auto, and I have no reason to believe this unit won’t give me the same wonderful performance.
