Sure, you could just track your sets in any old notebook, but idk man!! Something about using a nicely laid out notepad designed specifically to track your workouts just really helps add a sprinkle of extra motivation for me.

I have to write down my reps immediately because I’m prone to forgetting the exact number once I move on to the next set, so I find it super handy to have this around. I love being able to look back and see my progress, and it helps me with making sure I’m progressively overloading properly and see where I need to do more work.

The product arrived super fast! And is a good size and well layed out..However I purchased this as a gift so when I noticed a spelling error that just had the correct letter glued over the top I was not very happy (as shown in my attached pic) – this is not noted in the products description! Good workout log book otherwise.
