Rock Weights are strategically sized molds that become fully functional Dumbbells (and Weight Plates) once filled with Concrete. Once you receive your mold, simply visit your local hardware store and grab a bag of Concrete. Add water, mix, and fill the mold. Rock Weights has 40 lb, 60 lb, and 80 lb dumbbell sizes as well as a 40 lb Kettlebell. Video tutorial included. Every mold is sold and shipped empty. No lid or cap required. Concrete sold separately.
