This at-home exercise DVD also includes 12 additional premixes so that you can select from a variety of X10 workout combinations to fit the time, schedule, and intensity level you’re looking for. It also means that as your fitness level improves, you have the option of selecting a longer premix so that you can continue to challenge your body in new ways. As you get stronger you may want to attempt the ultimate premix, X77, which includes all five of the X10 segments and comes in at just over 77 minutes! Now, that’s a mega calorie crusher for sure!

Each of the five X10 segments features a different type of cardio to keep the routine fresh and exciting, as well as to challenge your muscles and endurance in different ways. In some of the segments you’ll utilize fitness equipment such as weights or a step while in others you will need no equipment and can just press play and hop in.
