I was looking for GPS products online. For my other company I worked for used the old GPS tracker and I new it worked great. And I see that they have came out with the new updated version. I wanted to try the new one out and I love it I have had no problem with the unit at all then I got the battery to make the unit last longer I plugged in the battery. Found out the battery was pulling from the unit. so I called brickhouse customer service and spoke to Orlando he was very knowledgeable and professional on the phone and new right away what the problem i was having was. He said i have to charge the battery for 24 hours before plugging it into the GPS device. The Geo fencing works amazing I get text alerts every time the unit drives into an area and how long it took them to get there and how fast they went. I can’t say enough good things about the product and the all around customer service experience.

The interface on the app is really intuitive. It shows monitoring, map, notifications, reports, status, geofencing, and settings at the bottom. I like how you can set up the geofencing, especially if you were to put the tracker on your child’s car or backpack to track them going to and from school.
Setting up the geofencing would help ensure they make it to and from their destinations safely. Plus it alerts you when the tracker steps out of that specified geofence. I also noticed that in the settings you are able to edit the navigation bar by removing or adding certain things you may or may not need, such as the geofence tab, or the status tab.
You can also change the map source in settings to WebGIS, Street Map, Google Defaults, Satellite, Terrain, Hybrid, or Yandex to meet whatever needs you may require. This tracker is honestly more than most people would use, but it is so versatile that it could fit multiple types of people’s needs. You can also change the template from Geofence, to Location History, to Trips and Parks as well to alert you, when you want it to.

After having some discussions with tech support about it not showing all the locations that I had been during a day, I wanted to see if I could get better tracking with it. I tried different locations inside of the vehicle and also different positions (LEDs up, LEDs down, vertical) found LEDs up in the door pocket to be best. One other thing I do before starting any trip is grab it and flip it until I see the blue light of the GPS signal light up. Ever since doing this test I have been getting much better tracking for locations that I have been.
