Heart rate, notifications, calls are great.

The sleep tracker doesn’t say I’m awake until I start my morning workout. I’m not lying in bed. I’m getting water, brushing teeth, etc. It also puts me to sleep while watching tv sometimes.

I was skeptical of the blood glucose, and I was right to be. It just makes spikes at normal mealtimes. I’ve had it spike my blood glucose when I haven’t eaten. One morning, I had sugary oatmeal at 5:30, but I didn’t have a spike until 9am…the same time as every day.

I am similarly suspicious of spo2, blood pressure, etc. They don’t seem to track with what I’m actually doing. I think it just makes random data that looks possible. Blood pressure doesn’t go up while exercising, spo2 doesn’t go down while holding breath.

If you want a heartrate tracker, something to view notifications without pulling out your phone, and weather, this does the job. As I said, Ok for the price.

I found this smart watch very practical, easy to use, and comfortable to be worn. This watch comes with watch-shaped battery fit charger cable which I found it very useful, easy and secure way to charge the smart watch (unlike many other smart watches which are fiddle or hard to put cable in which always come out too easily). 1+ point to this better battery charger method.

This watch is useful as it has got apps for regular (digital) watch, heart rate monitor, alert (for call, sms, alarm), remote control for selfie camera (hence you don’t need selfie stick remote control for this), calories counter, step counter/pedometer and multi-sport modes.

This is excellent watch at excellent value as you don’t need to shell out many pounds to get same functions as more expensive smart watches (I am looking at you Apple and Samsung!).

Other branded ones are very expensive which do almost the same functions.

As a teacher, a reliable watch is absolutely essential in tracking how long students have left for each task set during the lesson. I must check it at least a dozen times with each class.
