I was really disappointed in this. For one thing, I thought I was ordering an Amazon/Google product and expected it would connect to Google Fit. It seems ridiculous to have a fitness tracker that does not sync to various platforms you need to sync to.
I was also disappointed as the manual does not explain all the functions and how to use them. For example, there is a moon icon. Nothing tells me what that does. I would like to know what I sacrifice when I put it in battery saving mode. There are things on each screen that I do not always understand what they are for or what they are telling me, but nothing seems to explain these. One place there are three circles and each color represents something. There is a white dot on those circles, but I am not sure what that is telling me. No where have I been able to find anyplace that tells me about these things.
A third thing that disturbs me is that I felt what I was buying was misrepresented. I thought it was an Amaz… something watch, thinking as I said that it was an Amazon product. It was shown in comparison with three other health trackers showing cost and applications. One of those was a Kospet. This and the Kospet were shown to cost $99.99 but this one was offering a 20% discount. After I received it, I find it is a Kospet. Then I find that there are places where the Kospets cost $69.99-$79.99. So, I feel I was deceived in what I was buying.
I am not sure I am going to keep it. I was leaning toward a Fitbit which was $99.99. I allowed other things stated above to change my mind and now I am disappointed. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had gotten the Fitbit.
Note added later…
I will add that the company responded to my review and offered to refund my money. They also suggested a couple other products, but I had already returned this watch and purchased the Fitbit. I do appreciate that they did work hard, corresponding several times to make things right. The return was easy, and I was fully refunded. I would give them high marks for customer service.
