First of all, Sturdiness, Durability, and Thickness are all pretty much the same thing on an item like this. But it IS sturdy, it is very pretty, and is functionally exactly what I needed. Actually, my favorite calendar of the past few years was not spiral bound, and just a hard cardboard, but softer and slightly less bulky than this one. But alas, I keep falling in love with specific paper calendars for a few years, and they get discontinued as more and more people love their phone and computer calendars.

I like the elastic band to be able to have it open to the exact week; the pocket in the back (to hold checks, money, notes; the monthly tabs for quick access to specific months; the whole month at a glance; the whole week at a glance; the LACK of pictures/cartoons/photos between every week or month, which could be nice to look at, but just adds weight to the whole thing; similarly, it does not have pages for you to fill in addresses, nor does it have a list of the holidays (we ALL know when Flag Day is – who needs more?); the fact that it is TWELVE months, January to December. I NEVER need an 18 month calendar, and end up ripping out July through December of the previous year to lighten it up.

Did I mention how pretty this one is?

We bought several of these for the first time this year (in different colors/patterns for each of our family members) to prepare for the academic year. These are nice hard covers with large rings to help it lay flatter than others. The elastic keeps it closed and protected. The “Priorities” area for each week is a nice touch. Most weekly/monthly planners expand the daily areas but put Saturday and Sunday into one space, so this is a nice format. There is a pocket in the back which I also appreciate–we’ll see if the glue holds up, but if not there’s always mailing tape. The only thing I will add is a paperclip or length of ribbon to use as a bookmark.

This is a well constructed Planner. The paper weight is excellent and the design seemingly well thought through. I ordered the turquoise color , it is gorgeous. The artwork on the front is very beautiful working well with the overall coloration of the book. The inside is done very nicely. The individual pages give plenty of room for notes, and the tabs are monthly so you do not have to page through to find where you are, the additional color coded band keeps you where you need to be to stay on target with your planning. I like have hardcopy back up for my schedule, because, hey, you never know. If you are on the fence about a planner you cannot go wrong with this one.

This planner caught my eye because of the beautiful colors, and let me tell you they are just as vibrant in person if not more so! I needed a planner for my home office to get organized and this one is perfect! It’s very durable and sturdy, the cover is soft but firm, the pages are thick and nice quality too. It has both daily, and monthly pages, monthly tabs, and a bookmark attached to keep your place. The spiral spine makes it very easy to use and write in as well! It’s a great size and I absolutely love it! You won’t regret this purchase!

I’m a little old school and I hate having to keep track of everything digitally. I’m much better at remembering things with pen and paper so this planner is perfect. The design is so pretty and it’s perfectly organized with lots of space to write daily to-dos, lists, events, etc. I especially love it because it keeps me organized between school, my internship, my second job, going out with friends or family, date nights. I’m able to keep everything there and the format is much better than trying to keep track of everything on my phone 🙂
