Love this journal. Everything I wanted.

One “error” typo really is in the Progress Tracker page, one side said 1 -5 for items to track, with weeks one through 27. And on the next page, it has items 6-10 to track but it has weeks 28 through 53. Should be items 1-5 weeks 1-27 and the next page should be items 1-5 weeks 28-53. This is so small, but it is my only complaint.

Love what you did with the book.

This journal is just as pictured. It’s very helpful with keeping track of your workouts and measurable goals! I’m not sure how I feel about it being spiral-bound, but it sure is sturdy. My only wish is that it was a bit bigger so it would be easier to write it! Would definitely recommend 9/10!

I love the layout of this journal. Each day is easy to use and understand/follow.

Before even getting to the daily pages, this journal provides a section to measure each part of your body to track size loss. One of the biggest parts of weight loss frustration is not seeing the scale move. This journal lets me see that I’m losing inches even when I’m not seeing loss on the scale. It provides a section to capture plan for improvement as well in this part of the book.

The daily schedule pages give me spaces to write my current weight, water intake, exercise tracking, plan for exercise and food tracking. I wish the food tracking section was larger. I think there is too much space dedicated to the fitness tracking.

It focuses mostly on the fitness part of weight loss and less on calorie intake which I wish I had more space to track. Its nice and compact so easy to throw in my gym bag or purse.

If you are looking for a simple and cheap way to keep track of your reps, this will do the job nicely. Not too much frills and fluff, just basic pages to capture your work. I was not looking for inspiration and motivation, just black and white recording journal. If this is aligned with your needs/expectations – it will do the job nicely. It is currently priced at $11 which I think is fair based on what you get.

This is a great workout journal. It says for 2023 but it’s not actually numbered. It comes with measuring tape if you’re into that. I plan to use it for an upcoming race. I do wish it came with a pen.

This is a decent exercise journal. It is very functional, has the entries you would want, and even comes with a small measuring tape and an ink pen (though not a high quality pen). The cover is sturdy, but something about it is just lackluster. This is definitely a function over form item, which is perfectly serviceable if you are just looking purely to track. For my needs, I would like something that not only tracks, but is also fun and celebratory to keep me motivated. I haven’t used it much as I find apps on my phone to provide more of the motivation I am looking for in a fitness tracking mechanism.

I liked the hard cover of this workout journal. It’s a simple, pretty much a standard workout journal that lots of people sale. I did like the fact they gave you a measuring tape which is convenient and nice to have to measure your progress. Other than that it comes down to price. The price was average. In workout journals for me it’s about the cost.

Easy to use exercise journal

This is a nice exercise journal to keep track of goals, body changes, daily exercises and overall progress. I appreciate that it’s easy to use to chart your progress. I also like the calendar section that allows you to track the days you’ve worked out. The pages for daily workouts allow you to record a variety of information such as food/calorie intake as well as the exercise, weight and number of reps. The only negative is that the corner of the journal arrived bent. Otherwise, this is a great journal for someone who loves to keep track of their workouts.
