The battery does not last as long as they advertise that it will – not even close. I had to contact customer support because even though I selected English as the language it would not change from Chinese to English.
The accuracy is not all that great, it’s in military time with no way to change it, and for whatever reason when you log in from your browser it is set to GMT which is like 7 hours ahead of PST so the time of the tracking is not accurate cause how can it be 18:14 hours at a specific spot when it’s not even 18:14 hours yet? The interface from your desktop is not every user friendly. I’m just not all that happy with it, but as usual you get what you pay for.

Accuracy, battery life nor value can be related to this product when it doesnt work even after the $9.99 top up charge. So for nearly $27.00 and 22 hours later this product has been offline. I dont have the kind of patience required to troubleshoot faulty products. Returning this product as soon as the post office opens in the morning. I purchased 2 and tested out 1 to see if i wanted to top up the other end results NO THANKS. Dont bother spending your money on this one you definitely will get what you did not pay for and thats NO SERVICE at all. Now i cannot submit my review unless i select a star PLEASE NOTE i do not recommend an i did not want to give this product a star of any sort because its not deserving of it. I purchased the $9.99 activation fee and the device has been offline for 2 days. And please keep in mind this i contacted AMAZON advising them that i would be returning both of these devices. It gets even worse this vendor still charged my bankcard the $9.99 for a device that hasnt did anything since i paid for activation besides stay offline. I will be notifying my bank first thing in the morning. This is by far one of the worse gps devices made and distributed. DO NOT PURCHASE and definitely DO NOT pay to have the device activate. Let it be known i activated the 1 device early Monday morning the 5th of December and the device hasnt did anything except cost me money that truly served no purpose NEVER AGAIN. Today is the 7th of December and still no activity. Now im having to dispute the charge. Again i say go elsewhere to another vendor this doesnt work and the vendor i made the purchase from isnt trustworthy.

LL02 units have proven effective thus far

These units take a bit of a learning curve, even with experience. Once you figure it out =, these work well enough. The platform could use some tweaks when compared to some US based platforms. Customer service also is a learning curve. Still figuring it out. They are responsive but China to US leaves a bit. Don’t give and see it through. “Wing” seems to be their main rep, but again, once you communicate your issues and they understand them, then it is a win. Don’t give up too early as patience is your friend on this one. Overall cost of unit and subscription make this where the value shines. Get while the getting is good, try not to overpay and this may be your unit. I still use a US based unit and platform as a back up, but this is now a new tool in my kit.

Bought two of these for job trailers a year ago. Purchased and prepaid for a multiple-year plan for raxh one. July 31st of this year neither one works anymore no matter what I do.
One doesn’t hold a charge for longer than a minute and the other one never seems to report its location. The app shows the last update for both being at 1AM on July 31, 2023.

This tracker works great. I get real time tracking of my belongings. I use it for my travel bag with my laptop and work stuff. It has a very strong magnetic back that you can stick it to a vehicle you want to track. Battery last a good week and more. Weather resistant to. It has replaced my tk102-b that didn’t have as much features. It’s let me know if the bag was moved with vibration sensors. So I know the bag is being moved. They do send you a sim card or u can use your own.
