I love everything about this smart watch (which btw is an AMAZINGLY nice alternative for the several hundred dollar more expensive apple watch). It came super fast, easy to set up and use. Works great. I am able to easily an accurately make and receive calls, enjoy all of the benefits of any other smart watch/fitness tracker. My previous (way more expensive) Garmin brand didn’t half the capabilities. So, being tired of not being able to answer the calls nor make/return calls I decided to give this product a try. with the low price, high rating, and the money back trial period I felt I couldn’t really go wrong and I do not think that I did. However, after 3 days the very first time I attempted to exchange the band from the one that was on it when arrived, to the actual one that I had selected at checkout. I didn’t realize that it surprisingly, for this price, it not only workled but actually came with not one but three different cute bands. Unfortunately as you can see in the photos the little ball needed to slide to use in order to get the prong to contract enough to lock into place on the watch itself just popped off and broke immediately. I was pretty upset as I had actually got to like and use that band as well. Having had several other brands of smart watches I am very familiar with the quick release style bands. This should not have happened. No excessive force was used, the pin was not placed in a bind when broken. It was as if it was already about to fall off and all it took was a simple deliberate touch to make it fall off. That, and the fact I can not REPLY but only read incoming messages are the only two down sides I have been able to find so far. I am currently in the process of trying to get a replacement pin or band so that I may utilize all of the beautiful and complimentary bands that came with it. I will update with more information on the customer service from this seller as soon as I get more information on how they intend to handle the issue of the faulty band.
