This company will not stand behind its products, so if it breaks, it’s on you. I have had this camera for 6 months and at first one camera stopped working and just played audio and now the other camera has gone black. I reached out to both this retailer on Amazon and the company itself and both are refusing to support or replace. This Amazon retailer won’t support you after 30 days, which is absurd. Most people buy these cameras before their babies even come, so in some instances, you won’t have even tried it out and you already can’t return it.
The company, Baby Sense, was even more frustrating. They also refuse to stand behind their own product and told me to buy it again with 15% off. Their website has 20% off, so frankly, it’s such an insult. Why would they expect you to purchase from them again when they won’t support you?
Customer service aside, it’s also worth noting that the night vision is atrocious. It feels like the iPhone4. Our last camera was light years ahead of this one. You can also only hear audio from one camera/one kid, so if you have kids in different rooms, you actually have to choose which one you want to hear.
Definitely give this a pass and support a company who will actually support you back.
