I got this watch for my nearly 3-year-old son, who loves buttons, gadgets, and electronics of all kinds. Mom has a smart-watch, and he’s always wanting to mess with it.
This watch is simple: you’re not getting a budget smart watch an adult would want to use, but for a little one there’s a lot of fun to be had. It has games, a flashlight, an alarm, the time, and more. I was honestly surprised by all the features in a watch clearly made for a young child. There’s even a self-facing camera in a silly app that lets you put a mustache or what not over your face. The touch screen is a little finicky, and some of the apps don’t really seem to work as you’d expect, but at this price point I think my toddler will get many hours of fun.
I’m also going to be happy when he has his own smart watch so he stops trying to press buttons other people’s watches. Wishful thinking? Perhaps.
I’ll try to update this review with his reaction once he gets it for Christmas, but for now I’ll say this is a fairly good product, and I’d suggest getting one if you want a fun semi-smart watch for someone roughly 3-5.
